The Yokohama
Impossibly rare. The Yokohama is a living heirloom from 19th-century Japan, developed as an ornamental breed prized for its flowing tail feathers and elegant carriage—not its egg output. Which makes the eggs all the more precious. Our Yokohamas lay sparingly, and what they produce is unlike anything else: smaller eggs with cream-colored shells, but with yolks of extraordinary depth and richness.
